COVID19 POLICY AND PROCEDURES

Covid19 requirements for studio sessions at Beautiful Portraits by Michael:

Please do no arrive more than 5 minutes early.
Guests should enter the studio at the appointed time. The studio door will be unlocked. Just come in.
Temperatures will be taken for everyone who enters the studio space.
Guests are limited to two people maximum: the guest being photographed and one more guardian or support person. Anyone not being photographed will need to wear a mask.
The sessions are set up to be virtually touchless. A posing stool or prop is all that each person will need to touch, and these will be sterilized in between sessions. Guests are asked to be fully dressed for the session prior to arrival. We recognize that this is not possible for senior portrait sessions involving multiple outfits, so we do have a changing room available. This is cleaned and sterilized after every use.
Display sample books may be touched, but guests are requested to not touch other items in the studio to minimize contact points and the need to sterilize repeatedly.
Michael will be masked for the session and will maintain a minimum of six feet of separation.
If any guest is feeling ill, or presents any of the common symptoms related to Covid19 (fever, sore throat, headache, loss of taste or smell, gastro intestinal issues) then the session time must be rescheduled.
If any guest has had direct contact with a person testing positive for Covid19 please reschedule your session to a date 14 or more days past the contact point.
