Ben + Kristen…Teaching us all how to Bucky

You know your bride and groom are serious Badger fans when their wedding attire is red and white…including the wedding dress! How awesome is that? We certainly had a hot day, but a great day with Kristen and Ben as we photographed at the Capitol, Memorial Union and the beautiful Lake Windsor Country Club. And the surprise guest at the reception? Buckingham Badger himself.

Tim + Laura…Beautifully Vintage

It’s always fun when I get to photograph the wedding of one of my past senior portrait clients. So I was really excited when Laura asked me to photograph her wedding. She and Tim looked so happy all day long, and I’m glad that I could share their beautiful day with them. And, of course, create some wonderful imagery to capture their day.

Mark + Katherine…All you need is love

After having a great wintertime engagement session with Mark and Katherine, I was really looking forward to their wedding. And I wasn’t disappointed…what a great wedding and what a fantastic couple! Plus I finally got a chance to photograph a wedding in the beautiful new St. John the Baptist church in Waunakee. Love the architecture and the light play in there. And after a run to downtown Madison to hit some fun spots, we headed back to Lake Windsor Country Club for a gorgeous reception. Ready for some killer images? Check ‘em out!

Adrienne + Kerry…A Pioneering Romance

Just like the fairy tale story goes: Handsome guy meets beautiful gal and they fall in love…in Platteville. (Hey, don’t knock it. Lisa and I both went to UWP and got married right after college.) Well, this love story unfolded into a beautiful wedding, and some fairy godmother must have sprinkled us with pixie dust because Krystal and I blew the doors off on the wedding photography. I created a handful of what I know are potential award-winning images, including one of my best ever. Let’s see if you agree…
